Me: OK, and what are the dates you're looking for in Cape Cod?
Caller: (annoyed sigh and speaking in an extremely annoyed voice) You would ask me that. Let me go get a calendar.
Well, yes, ma'am. I do need to know the dates you're looking at. I mean, I could always guess but let me be clear that I'm going to pick the crappiest dates to travel.
people are ridiculous - and not a problem for the oversight on the shout out, i did it to thank my Army...lol...cape cod rules!
